                        Invited to Washington, DC in March of 1990 to meet with members of   Congressman Ron Wyden’s Congressional Subcommittee on Regulation,   Business Operations and Energy investigating the unregulated diet industry.  Provided input regarding practices and standards.  This information was used in the Congressional hearings held in May and September of 1990.  This investigation was the start of regulating the weight loss industry in the United States.

Robinson in an unofficial capacity as a member of visiting  committees representing SACS for the evaluation of several schools from March 1976 - June 1981.
